Our work is bespoke. We agree a plan for your brand in writing before we start — what we'll work on, what you'll receive, and how we'll measure it. We don't sell fixed packages, and we won't drift outside the agreed scope without talking it through with you first. If the work needs to change, we update the plan together and put the change in writing.
You pay a monthly fee agreed up front, in US dollars. That fee is for our work — strategy, execution, creative review and reporting. Ad spend is separate and always sits in your own ad accounts, so you pay the platforms directly. Solae takes no cut of your ad spend, ever. We invoice monthly; payment is due as set out in your plan. If an invoice falls overdue, we may pause work until it's settled, and we'll always tell you before we do.
You own your ad accounts, your data, your tracking, your content and every deliverable we produce for you. It's all built inside your own accounts and handed over as it's ready, so it keeps working without us. We keep our own internal methods, systems, templates and know-how — the way we work behind the scenes — and you don't acquire rights to those by working with us. When we part ways, you walk away with everything that's yours.
Confidentiality runs both ways. We keep your numbers, your strategy and your plans to ourselves, and we expect the same care with anything we share with you. We don't publish client names — partners appear on our site without names. If we ever want to write up your results, we'll do it as a written case study, anonymised, and only with your agreement first. A short mutual NDA can cover anything more detailed.
The digital products on our Systems page are licensed for the buyer's own use. That licence is non-transferable and non-shareable — you may not resell, lend, copy out or pass them to anyone else. Because these are proprietary systems delivered in full, all sales are final: once a system is delivered, it is non-refundable. We set this out clearly before you buy, and you accept it as part of the purchase.
Digital growth depends on many things outside any one team's control — your market, your offer, your pricing, the platforms and the season. So we don't promise specific results, revenue or rankings, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What we do commit to is senior effort on your account every month and honest reporting — the real numbers, good or bad, in plain language, before you have to ask.
Our work runs on a rolling monthly term — there's no long lock-in. Either of us can end it by giving fair written notice, as set out in your plan (typically 30 days). During the notice period, work and fees continue as normal so nothing is left half-finished. On exit, we settle any outstanding invoices, hand over everything that's yours, and remove our access to your accounts. You keep all the deliverables produced up to that point.
We'll always do our work with care and to a professional standard. But to keep things fair on both sides, our liability for any claim connected to our work is limited to the fees you paid us over the previous three months. We're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses — things like lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
These terms, and our work together, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute we can't resolve between us falls under the courts of Dubai, UAE. We'd always rather sort things out in a conversation first — and in practice, we almost always do.
