When you request a proposal, we collect what you share: your brand name, category, a website or Instagram link, a rough monthly ad budget, and a few words on what a win looks like for you. If you email us, we keep that message too.

How we use it

To see if we are a good fit, write up your proposal, and reply to you. We do not sell your details, and we never add you to advertising lists.

Sharing

We only share your details with the partners we need to run this site and our email (like hosting and email tools), under confidentiality, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We hold what you send for as long as it is useful to working together, now or soon. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

To see, fix, or delete your details, email hello@solaeglobal.com. We reply within five working days.

We may update this notice as our team or the law changes. The latest version always lives here.
