10 · CareersSolae isn't built like an agency. No juniors, no pyramid, no one doing the work while someone senior takes the credit. We bring in one exceptional person for each brief — paid as a principal, trusted with the whole thing and paid like one. If you are the best in the world at one thing, this was written for you.
Most agencies win the client with senior people, then hand the work to juniors learning on the client's money. We refuse that on principle. Everyone who touches a Solae brief is a principal in their craft — the person who would have been at the top of that ladder anyway. You don't climb here. You arrive already excellent, and you own what you make, from the first day of a brief to the last.
We don't carry a large in-house team doing everything passably. For each piece of work, we go and find the one person who is genuinely the best fit for it, and bring them in for exactly that. For you, that means a principal's seat — brought in for what you're brilliant at and paid like the senior you are, never a salaried cog. For the brands we serve, it is something better than a fixed team: the right specialist on every brief, never a generalist stretched thin. It isn't a compromise. It's the entire point.

A principal's seat — earned
Each brief gets the one person who is exceptional at exactly it — chosen on merit, not whoever happened to be free on a payroll.
The right hand — not just a spare one
It's why our clients never get a junior on their account. We go and find the best person in the market for their brief — and only that person touches it.
Senior, always — by design
One person who is brilliant beats five who are fine. We would rather have the right hand than ten busy ones — and we build the whole firm around finding it.
No briefs thrown over a wall, no work you can't put your name to. The person who plans it does it and stands behind the result. Credit and responsibility live in the same hands.
Everyone here has already done the ten thousand hours. We don't bill a brand to train anyone — the person on the work is the person who has done it a hundred times before.
Early, and to each other first. Polished silence is how good work quietly dies. We would rather have the uncomfortable conversation today than the expensive one in six months.
No logo walls, no noise, no taking bows. The work is the only argument we make — for our clients, and for ourselves.
Fifteen years inside agencies and brands, and one pattern never broke: the work that moved the numbers was always done by one senior person who cared, given the room to do it properly. The pyramid — seniors to sell, juniors to deliver — exists to grow headcount, not results.
So Solae was built the other way around. A small circle of principals, each the best at one thing, brought together brief by brief. No one here is anyone's junior. No one here is anyone's assistant. The work is shared between equals who are very good at what they do — and, every time, it shows.
— Hassan Raza, Solae Global
Most people who put their name forward, we don't work with — not because they aren't good, but because we only bring in people who are exceptional at one specific thing and impossible to rattle. We look for the operator other operators quietly admire: the one whose portfolio needs no explaining, who has outgrown being managed. If that is you, you already know it — and so will we, quickly.
No long applications, no hoops. Tell us who you are, what you are the best in the world at, and why Solae. If there's a fit, you'll hear from the founder — not a recruiter.
Received. Thank you.
We read every one of these ourselves. If there's a fit, you'll hear from the founder personally — not a form letter and not a recruiter.
